The Learning Springs websites contain areas that collect personally identifiable information our users supplied voluntarily in connection with requests for information about our school, program offerings, and services provided. Persons who supply The Learning Springs with their contact information online may receive direct mail, email, or telephone contact from us with information regarding special promotions, new product releases, upcoming events, and services that may be of interest to our customers. The Learning Springs’ online Enrollment Application process requires users to create a personal account in order to enter information regarding their enrollment needs. The first-time user is asked to create a username, password, and provide an email address. Entering this information enables the users to access the online Enrollment Application, to enter data, and to modify their personally identifiable information if anything should change during the application process. A communication is sent to the email address provided, welcoming the user to the online enrollment system and providing the user with their username and password for future use. We do not release, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information collected in our Enrollment Application process to any third party.

Notwithstanding the above limitations on Laurel Springs School’s use and disclosure of personally identifiable information, in the event The Learning Springs is ever sold or reorganized, we reserve the right to transfer ownership of user and student data to the acquiring company or other successor. Additionally, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose as required by law any information about you and any of your children who are The Learning Springs students, including voluntary disclosures to law enforcement agencies and government officials, as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.


The Learning Springs takes practical measures to protect your personally identifiable information as you transmit data from your computer to our site and to protect such information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. To maintain integrity on our site, we use a standard 128 bit SSL secure server for all financially related transactions. Contact information from our data capture forms are used to transmit orders and information about our company to our users. Financial information that is collected is used to bill for products and services the user has requested and not for any other purpose.
